The Fashionistas love Fido and Fluffy and so does your favorite NASCAR driver

This month, the Greg Biffle Foundation puts out the 2010 NASCAR Pets Calendar! This annual calendar features your favorite drivers and member of the NASCAR media with their pets. The calendar was designed and printed courtesy of 3M and features NASCAR Sprint Cup Drivers as well as members of NASCAR’s media family posing with their pets.

The 12 drivers selected to appear in the calendar are: Greg Biffle, Kurt Busch, Jeff Burton, Dale Earnhardt Jr., Carl Edwards, Denny Hamlin, Jimmie Johnson, Kasey Kahne, Matt Kenseth, Jamie McMurray, Casey Mears and Tony Stewart. Members of the media featured include: Dick Berggren, Bob Dillner, Jeff Hammond, Jamie Little, Mike Massaro, John Roberts, Shannon Spake, and Matt Yocum.

“We’re definitely excited about the 2010 Calendar and 3M’s partnership with us. One hundred percent of the proceeds from the sale of these calendars go right to work for animals in need, so purchasing one is a win-win.” said Greg Biffle, NASCAR Sprint Cup driver of the #16 3M Ford Fusion.

We encourage you to support the Greg Biffle Foundation and can purchase your calendar online. In addition, staff will be on-site to sell calendars at the First Annual Greg Biffle Foundation Day being held at Roush Fenway Racing on Wed., Oct. 14, 2009 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

A little about the foundation: The Greg Biffle Foundation was founded in 2005 by Greg and Nicole Biffle to create awareness and serve as an advocate to improve the well-being of animals by engaging the power and passion of the motor sports industry.

Last year. the Foundation awarded grant funding to 112 shelters and rescue groups nationwide for programs like spaying and neutering, adoption and general operating expenses.

We support and work with a local charity called Sophie's Circle, who holds monthly "Yappy" Hours and events that raises funds and supplies for a local no-kill animal shelter. It is important to help those who cant speak and help themselves.
